Clean Deal Submission - Required Documents
At Global Energy, we are focused on clean deal submission which means collecting all required documents or information from customers at the start of the sales process so that there are no delays later in the process.
Utility Bill
You will need a copy of a bill for EVERY CUSTOMER in order to collect the customers annual kwh usage information. Kwh usage is needed to create an accurate proposal for the client. We will need various details on the utility bill which are needed for receiving Permission to Operate after the installation is complete. We must have all required bill information before a project can proceed.
2. California Consumer Protection Guide
The California Public Utilities Commission requires the Consumer Protection Guide (CPG) to be signed for all solar customers who have Pacific Gas and Electric, Southern California Edison and San Diego Gas and Electric as their electric utility provider. The CPG must be signed before all other documents!
The installation agreement is the customers agreement with Global Energy. The Installation Agreement must match all details from the finance agreement to be considered complete.
4. Finance Agreement
If a customer is financing their solar system they will need to be approved for credit, sign all required finance documents and provide any required documents to the finance company before the Finance requirements are considered complete. The finance agreement details the price of the project, term of the Agreement and monthly payment for the solar system.
